Design Work
Geyser Data Design System
Built and scaled a comprehensive Figma design system from scratch during a major product transition, driving faster iterations and more efficient developer handoffs. As the sole UX designer, I established design consistency across the archival data storage platform, helping the team deliver more quickly and contributing to winning new customers.
SAP Retail Activity Optimization (RAO) Innovation Project
Led UX research and design in a cross-functional squad to innovate for consumer product goods customers. By leveraging data-driven insights, we optimized customer activities to increase revenues and efficiencies with up to 80% time savings, validating new product concepts that addressed real business needs.
Mitchell Claims Examiner Portal (CEP) Redesign
Directed a six-person design team in a full-scale redesign of over 80 features, setting a new standard for future redesigns. Introduced innovative processes and designs, streamlining workflows and improving user experiences for claims examiners, and released to multiple elated customers.
XD-PM Process Improvement
Spearheaded process improvement between Experience Design and Product Management teams. The result was the creation of a new, formal framework that provided greater visibility into the XD team's workload, improved capacity planning, and ultimately increased collaboration and reduced friction with our product management counterparts.
About Me
Full of energy, I motivate and inspire all the teams I work with across the organization to collaborate and engage in our design process. Including everyone in the process is the best way to evangelize UX. I love sharing my knowledge to help others grow, learn and build their skills.
Creativity is not a switch I can turn off. I find myself innovating when going for runs or hanging out with friends. I’m always thinking of ways to improve a design or a process, whether it’s for work, or personal app ideas, or for institutions that I am a board member of.
I am also driven to improve myself. I love being part of active Orange County and San Diego UX communities. I love learning new methodologies by reading, attending conferences or workshops, and leveling up my UX toolkit with the latest apps and AI tools.
